Training for a big goal is always better with a structured plan and friends to join you and support you along the way!

What you will get out of this training group?

  • Weekly training plan with a detailed explanation of each workout and individual paces based on athlete’s current fitness and goal race time.

  • Group long runs every Sunday at various locations to accommodate everyone.

  • Long run route and fueling tips will be provided before every long run.

  • We will discuss..

    • How to build a strength routine into your training.

    • Mobility and pre run exercises.

    • Injury prevention and stride mechanics.

    • Workout and race day pacing.
